Meet Meg Kerstetter

Meg brings over a decade of experience in sports medicine, massage therapy, and athlete performance optimization. Her work spans the Olympic Games, collegiate athletics, and professional sports, providing elite care for some of the world’s top athletes.

As a National Board-Certified massage therapist, Meg specializes in:

  • Sports Massage

  • Deep Tissue Therapy

  • Myofascial Release

  • Performance Optimization


Her extensive experience includes supporting elite organizations and teams such as:

  • United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee

  • USA Swimming, USA Diving, USA Track & Field, and USA Volleyball

  • Collegiate programs including Pennsylvania State University, University of Michigan, Arizona State University, Georgia Institute of Technology, University of Nebraska, and University of Texas

Meg has also supported athletes at major international events, including:

  • 2018 World Championships (Hangzhou, China)

  • 2019 Pan American Games (Lima, Peru)

  • 2022 World Championships (Budapest, Hungary)

  • 2023 World Championships (Fukuoka, Japan)

  • 2024 Olympic Games (Paris, France)

With a Master of Science in Data Analytics: Sport Performance from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science from American Military University, Megan combines hands-on expertise with cutting-edge data analytics to deliver a holistic, science-backed approach to recovery and performance.
