ABOUT US
First known as Bodyworks Mobile Massage, I began my massage therapy career in 2008 as a traveling therapist with a Subaru and a massage table. With a desire to serve more clients in the Central PA area, Sport Performance Therapy was founded in 2013.
Sport Performance Therapy was founded on the principle that movement is medicine. The body is assessed as a whole, not as pieces in pain. A variety of modalities are used to assist in recovery of soft tissue injuries, improve posture, increase body awareness and mobility, and allow you to live a more pain free life. The goal is to help each client return to their fullest functioning level after an injury, maintain current functional levels and decrease pain and overall stress.
I welcome you to join me on a journey of a forever evolving approach to treatment. An approach that doesn't chase pain, but instead addresses compensatory patterns to unwind rooted issues and allow the client more space to stand taller, breathe easier and move more efficiently.
